Infinity Pool. I haven’t seen one in real life. I’ve seen them in a number of travel blogs and magazines, but I never saw one. I never swam into one. A friend even shared his sentiment last month that he wants to swim in an Infinity Pool found somewhere in Singapore.
I am not sure if there are other Infinity Pools in the Philippines, but I finally saw one during our trip to General Santos. Before heading to the airport for Manila, Avel and Orman took us to Lemlunay Dive Resort in Sarangani. All i knew before we went there was we will be having quick diving lessons, but i never thought that there’s an infinity pool!
In T’boli and B’laan, “Lemlunay” means “paradise”. Lemlunay Dive Resort truly lives up to its name. With the breathtaking view of the sea and the amazing infinity pool, we definitely found a paradise in Sarangani.
Paul Partridge, the owner of Lemlunay Dive Resort toured us around the place. Although the place already offers diving lessons and other water activities, they have plans of adding more amenities on the place. The newest one is the Infinity Pool. They’re planning to add more rooms for guests and a stage where musicians can perform. Partying on the beach ftw!
We also enjoyed lunch at Lemlunay Dive Resort. I wasn’t able to take a lot of food pictures because we were all hungry. Majority ended up eating before taking food shots LOL 😛
Of course, I didn’t waste the opportunity to shoot a simple short film beside the infinity pool. We shot a short film for P52W entitled “Sunblock” featuring my pretty friend Cai Abbass and Keith Feria of Centerpoint Band. I’m glad that this shortie turned out well. Thanks to Sis Orman’s wonderful (and gay!) idea and Winston’s malupit na kuma-camera man and ume-editor talent 😛
To convince you more to check out Lemlunay Dive Resort and seduce you to try the infinity pool, here are some of our pictures yey 😀
Lemlunay Dive Resort is popularly known for diving and they even offered free diving lessons for us. Unfortunately, our flight is too early and we need to leave the place ASAP. We’ll be back soon. That’s for sure.
Can’t wait to see you again, Lemlunay! 😀

I don’t know if I am right but is the infinity pool in Marina Bay Sands the one your friend is referring to? I’ve seen some pics and vids and the view from the infinity pool there is stunning. ^_^
