The Petronas Towers and the KL Tower are two of the most iconic landmarks of Malaysia. In order to make our final day in Malaysia a good one, we decided to do a quick visit at the Menara KL Tower.
Right after our good afternoon snack in Yut Kee Restaurant, Edgar and I rushed to the KL Tower. With only 30 minutes free time left, we hailed a cab to bring us straight to the entrance area. We hurriedly went to the information area to buy tickets. Funny how we were rushing the whole time. Amazing Race? Hehe.
For 45RM, we were able to enjoy the aerial view of Kuala Lumpur through the observation deck. While waiting at the lobby, I noticed the impressive ceiling. Too bad my camera got broken 😐
Since we only have 30 minutes for this leg, we didn’t miss the chance to roam around the observation deck to see look at the different sides of Malaysia’s capital. Of course, my favorite is the the spot where I can clearly see the lovely Petronas Towers. I would have wanted to wait for the sunset then watch as they lit up the popular twin towers.
Despite the lovely view, the competitive side of ours didn’t stop us from working on our laptops. Edgar uploaded some pictures and did a quick live blogging session there. I took some pictures using his camera while he was busy writing. I really can’t keep up with his live blogging skills, but I can record a short video!
^ That’s me bullying him in a good way.
I remember telling my friend Edward last year that the next time I’ll visit Kuala Lumpur, we will eat dinner in the revolving restaurant of KL Tower with us wearing something formal. We  missed the opportunity to do it in this trip since we have a scheduled dinner meeting with Tourism Malaysia and AirPhil Express.
We left KL Tower after thirty minutes. I wanted to buy a souvenir, but we need to rush back to the hotel to do last minute errands before the call time. In group trips like this one, it is best to avoid being a burden to others by reaching the meeting place on time.
While waiting for the bus that will pick us up, we recorded this #competitive video while in the hotel lobby. Watch how Robbie drooled over my green jacket teehee. 😛
The hardwork and perseverance of my travel mate paid off as he was declared as the over-all winner of the blogger challenge! He is currently enjoying his time in Malaysia with his younger sister as I type this entry. I know that they’re having a great time exploring the other parts of Malaysia and he truly deserves it. Congratulations again!
Have you been to Malaysia? Were you able to see the aerial view of Kuala Lumpur in the KL Tower?

Special Thanks t AirPhil Express,Tourism Malaysiaand Travel Guard Chartis for making this trip possible.
Mas gusto ko view dito sa KL Tower kaysa sa viewing deck ng Petronas.
Hindi pa ako nakakapunta sa viewing deck ng Petronas 😐

PAK NA PAK.
Boom!
Too bad your camera is broken and all you could do was stole photos from Edgar. I wanted to see the ceiling you were talking about pa naman =)) Well, para rin palang Macau tower ito, mukha nga lang mas makitid ito woot.
Yung Macau Tower din naalala ko pagpasok ko dito 😛 Want to go back to Macau to do the bungee jump!
The view of the city from KL Tower is breathtaking!
It is! <3 How have you been? Hoping to visit you in Dubai soon 😀
